For ANZAC day, with love and remembrance
Today I feel into all the people who fought for our country, who fought for our freedoms, for our rights, for our serenity.
I feel into the men and the women. The ones on the front line, and the ones behind the scenes. The medics, the nurses, the cooks, the engineers, the ones who wrote letters home by candlelight. Every role mattered. Every heart mattered.
And I feel into the animals too — the horses who carried soldiers through mud and fear, steady and loyal to the end. The dogs who sniffed out danger, who comforted, who guarded, who gave their lives without question. We remember your service too.
And let’s not forget the ones who waited. With patience that must have felt endless. The mothers, fathers, partners, children, friends — hearts stretched across oceans, holding hope in their hands. Writing letters, praying, keeping the home fires burning. Waiting for their loved ones to return.
And today, we send out deep, deep love to the ones who did not return. We feel your absence. We honor your courage. We say your names in our hearts. You gave everything so we could have this moment, this breath, this freedom. We pay our respects to you.
Let’s commemorate this day with an open and balanced heart. Not with glorification of war, but with reverence for sacrifice, and with a commitment to peace.
I am proud to be Australian. I stand beside our New Zealand whānau too — Anzac means us, together. We remember the ANZACs who landed at Gallipoli at dawn, and every serviceman and woman since.
Today I practice gratitude for what we have. For the freedoms we wake up to. For the right to speak, to gather, to live in safety. To raise our kids under open skies. We will never take it for granted.
Lest we forget.
We will remember them.
We will live worthy of them.
🕊️❤️🇦🇺🇳🇿🙏🏼🧿

Monday Mantra
“I feel the heartbeat of the Earth within me”
Hot Tips:
1. Listen to natural sounds each morning (birds, water, wind). Birdsong is so potent
2. Place a crystal or stone on your heart and meditate for 5 min. What do you feel or see?
3. Take a mindful walk in nature, noticing sounds, landscape, textures and scents. What is Gaia whispering to you?

We are standing at the threshold of something new.
The final days of the Snake are here — a year that didn’t whisper, but confronted. A year that stripped away illusions, exposed what we tried to hide from ourselves, and asked us to grow in ways we never planned for.
The Year of the Snake was never meant to be comfortable. It was medicine. It challenged our relationships, our direction, our identities. It forced endings where we were clinging. It revealed truths that refused to stay buried. For many of us, it felt like everything cracked open at once.
But the breaking was sacred.
The Snake clears by shedding. And this past year, we were asked to shed too — old stories, draining attachments, outdated dreams, roles we had outgrown. We were taken inward, into the quiet shadows, to meet parts of ourselves we could no longer avoid. It wasn’t easy. Growth rarely is.
If you felt like you were losing parts of yourself, you were. The parts that no longer matched who you are becoming.
Now, as we approach February 17th, the closing of the Snake cycle, we are invited into one final conscious release.
Before we enter the Year of the Horse, take a moment to ask yourself:
✨ What truth did this year reveal that I can no longer ignore?
✨ What pattern, attachment or belief am I ready to fully release?
✨ Who have I become because of what I survived?
Write it down. Speak it out loud. Tear the page, burn it, bury it — mark the ending intentionally. If emotions rise, let them. Release is strength. You are not grieving what failed; you are honouring who you have grown into.
On February 17th, 2026, we step into the Year of the Horse — and the energy shifts dramatically.
Where the Snake asked for stillness and shadow work, the Horse brings motion. Where there was heaviness, there will be momentum. Where you felt stuck, you will begin to feel movement.
To consciously step into the Horse energy, begin asking:
🔥 Where am I being called to take bold action?
🔥 What dream is ready to move from vision into motion?
🔥 If I trusted myself fully, what would I pursue without hesitation?
The path ahead is not about surviving — it is about running free.
The Snake prepared you. It strengthened your roots. It cleared what was misaligned. It asked you to rebuild from the inside out.
Now the Horse comes to carry you forward.
Feel the difference. It’s coming.
Thank the Snake for what it taught you. And get ready to gallop forward with fire horse energy 🔥❤️

DO NOT shrink yourself to make other people comfortable
As you move into adulthood, you’ll be told—sometimes subtly, sometimes loudly—to be quieter, nicer, easier, more agreeable, less emotional, less ambitious. Please don’t listen. Your voice, your ideas, your sensitivity, your strength, your boundaries — they are not flaws, they are your power❤️
You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to outgrow people, dreams, and versions of yourself. And you are absolutely allowed to choose a life that feels aligned, not just impressive🙏🏼
Trust yourself. Even when you don’t have all the answers (and no adult actually does 😉), your inner compass is wiser than you realise. Be kind to yourself, back yourself when it’s uncomfortable, and remember: your worth is not measured by grades, productivity, or how well you meet expectations.
You are already enough — and the world needs you exactly as you are. ✨
