WE NEED SWIM TEACHERS!
School of Little Swimmers is looking for some great people to join our teaching team.
The best team members often come through personal recommendations from people who already understand our culture, values, and expectations, so we're asking our community for help.
Who should you be thinking of?
✅ Friends or family members looking for work
✅ Austswim trainees or qualified swim teachers
✅ Childcare educators or teachers
✅ Sports coaches or instructors
✅ University students studying education, health, sport, or allied health
✅ Anyone who is reliable, professional, and enjoys working with children
Remember, experience isn't everything.
We can train teachers. We can teach our systems. We can provide training, mentoring, and support.
What we're really looking for are people who communicate effectively, genuinely care about helping students succeed, are adaptable in their approach and mindset, embrace opportunities to learn and improve, and are committed to continuous learning and development.
