Today on our last official day of business, we would like to thank our families past and present for the privilege of watching your children grow, guiding them through their first milestones, hearing them learn to speak and being witness to them navigate the terms and rules of friendship and camaraderie. We watched on as confidence grew, as tasks that seemed impossible became easy, we have been a point of comfort for hurts, both physical and heartfelt, we have held little hands and we have rocked and patted little souls to sleep. We have seen your families expand, we have felt like we have been a part of it and it has made every day that we have been open special.
A centre cannot run without it’s Educators, and ours is no different. We would like to thank you for all of the support and dedication that you have shown throughout the years at Northgate. Educators have changed over time, but the passion for children has remained, and we are grateful that we have had the opportunity to be part of your journey. We know firsthand how talented you are, and we are sure that you will be successful in your new positions, thank you for being part of our team and community.
It is a sad day for us today, but we can look back on our time fondly and proudly, we have been part of an amazing community, we have been the first stepping stone in so many learning journeys and we have been a part of so many families.
