It’s pretty normal and very common to get frustrated in your training. Maybe you don’t feel you are getting results, you might be pushing to hit a new pb or weight goal and coming up short. Patience is truly key. It’s so important to take a step back every now and then. Acknowledge progress in all forms.
this is me, left: May 2017. Middle: December 2017 and right: September 2018.
I will have days where I might not be performing how I expect myself too, or I’m not hitting the weight in an exercise I am aiming for.. and I will be so disappointed. But I was literally in a coma 5 years ago, when I woke up for days on end I would have to sleep for 2+ hours after every 10 metres I walked due to exhaustion. And now I’m lifting 100kg off the ground. And RUNNING. Moving my body in a way I didn’t know if I would be able to but I bloody am.
Take a step back and give yourself credit. The mental part of training is equally as important as the physical.

Yesssssss that’s right another group class is coming your way. Tomorrow is my LAST DAY at Anytime Fitness Parabanks. As of Monday I will be now working at Anytime Fitness Salisbury Downs! (Across the road from Hollywood Plaza) This class will be starting this coming Tuesday so don’t miss that!! And don’t worry my Monday and Wednesday night classes at Anytime Fitness Parafield Gardens are sticking around so you can still catch me there too!!

I am so proud to work somewhere that not only acknowledges mental health but creates AWARENESS, because it's a massive issue and is definitely something I will never be quiet about.
This challenge is May 25 and you can book a slot at any Anytime starting at just 15 minutes and chucking in $1 for every minute. It's such a good cause!
