With final check ins for the 8 week challenge coming up we want to stress how UNIMPORTANT the scales truely are.

Your value and efforts aren’t factored there, it’s internal. How much you pushed, muscle increase, strength increase, your clothes fit better, you have more energy, your sleep has improved.

This is where is matters long term, not the scales.
You’ve done so well, keep on going team 🥰

Hip Thrust Technique to Avoid Hyperextension ☠️

One of the most common mistakes in hip thrusts is overextending at the top — flaring the ribs, arching the lower back, and turning a glute exercise into a spinal one.

What we want to see
• Chin tucked (think soft double-chin, eyes neutral)
• Ribs down with a strong core brace
• Scoop the bar with hips as you drive up
• Finish in posterior pelvic tilt, squeezing glutes — not jamming hips forward
• Stop the rep when ribs stack over hips

If you’re feeling it in your lower back, you’ve gone too far.
The goal isn’t height — it’s tension, control, and glute drive.

Neutral spine. Strong lockout. Better glute gains. 🔥
