Rise Up Tutorials located at 194A Prospect Road, is hosting a 2-day school holiday "Pencil Art" workshop for students aged 6 years and above. Conducted by a professional artist skilled in pencil art, acrylic painting, and oil painting, all necessary materials will be provided. Additionally, RiseUp Tutorials plans to launch art classes. The workshop package consists of 2 days (2.5 hours each day), but a 1-day option is also available. Interested parties, please contact 0426298428. Like every year its time for Naplan training...

I am starting Naplan training sessions and test series for students who are appearing for Naplan next year in 2025. Sessions will be conducted on Monday and Thursday( 4 to7 pm )
This will involve engagement of students in Naplan past paper solving, engaging in small tests and giving the expereince of Revision, Time management etc thats required for exams.
These are not just limited to Naplan but such strategies help students to learn and develop live skills like organising skills,develop cognitive ability, manage exams in given time ,concentration ability as well as to boost sincerety by being proactive.

I am looking for Tutoring instructors/ assistants -Undergrad students, (studying education preferred )or Year 12 students to join RiseUp Tutorials.

Job roles and responsibilities for the candidate :
1. A sound understanding of the subject(s) and,knowledge of revision and exam techniques.
2. Planning skills to prepare for each individual tutoring session,organisational skills to keep track of session dates and times,Interpersonal skills for building a rapport with students and their families.
3. Excellent oral communication skills to explain subjects and test information effectively, writing skills to provide comments and feedback on students' work
4.IT skills / Admin skills to help students access other relevant materials, patience and understanding of individual learning needs.
5.The confidence to encourage, praise and challenge student's progress.
6.Candidate should be available 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
7. Candidate should have clear and higher academic records and Working with children police clearance.First aid certificate and working in child safe environment certificates preferred.
8.Training will be provided.
