A FREE trip to Whyalla this July? 👀

Robogals are looking for passionate and enthusiastic volunteers for our annual Rural Trip, sponsored by BHP to facilitate STEM & Robotics workshops at local schools for children in the region.

When: 19th – 25th July
Where: Whyalla
Workshop times: 9am – 3pm (20-24th July), free time for the rest of the days

✅ You don’t need to have volunteered with us before to attend this trip – we will run workshops to make sure you’re all on top of it before we go!
🤖 We’re looking for people who show a genuine interest in inspiring students’ interest in STEM and who are dedicated, organised and passionate about Robogals’ aims.
⭐️ We welcome applications from any degree!

We had workshops at the Enfield Library and Greenacres Library to start our year 🌟
Met with students at the Clubs Fair and SET Societies at the start of semester 1 💬
Saw old and new faces at the Welcome and Training Night 👥
And finally kicked off our fortnightly coffee catchup at the Holy Addiction cafe with AMESS ☕️

We're halfway through the sem, but you'll be seeing more of us 👀 look out for our upcoming SGM, coffee catchups, study sessions, and more volunteering opportunities.

Another incredible workshop — this time at Kildare College!

We had an absolute blast running our Robot Line Following workshop, wrapping up with an epic Robot Battle that had everyone on the edge of their seats!

The curiosity, enthusiasm, and energy from the students were truly inspiring. These girls were so eager to learn, explore, and code💙
