Walford is looking for Winter Sports Coaches!

We are looking for coaches for Junior and Senior School, for:
Australian Rules Football
Badminton
Hockey
Netball
Soccer

Sports have one training and one game per week (days vary between sports).

Annabel Bower (1998), old scholar and host of our annual Traditional Christmas Pudding Class, is hosting a movie fundraiser to support a cause close to her heart. Miles Apart aims to provide families with an immediate source of comfort, guidance and solidarity during the loss of a baby. 

On Thursday 13 February, Annabel will be hosting an event featuring a screening of ‘Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy’ at the Capri Theatre on Goodwood Road. Please join us in supporting an excellent cause, it’s sure to be an enjoyable night out!

The Combined Golf Tournament is a cherished tradition for a group of Walford old scholars. Competing against old scholars from Woodlands, Wilderness, Seymour and Annesley, we entered two teams that represented the School with pride. Congratulations to Walford’s highest scorer, Libby, with 34 points, and our top performing team of Libby, Mandy and Ali. It looks like everyone had a great day of golf and socialising! ⛳️

On Saturday, Walford welcomed over 100 old scholars back to the School for the inaugural Reunion Day, celebrating milestone anniversaries from 2019 to 1974. The day began with refreshments, followed by a nostalgic tour of the School grounds, offering past students a chance to reconnect and reminisce. Reunion Day showcased the long-lasting lifetime friendships Walford girls develop during their time at the School. Walford is immensely proud of our old scholars and Reunion Day was a cherished opportunity to reconnect with them.
