Let the games begin! 🏅💛
Our centre was full of Olympic excitement as the children took on a day of fun challenges! From giant bean bag jumps and ball throwing to obstacle courses, bowling and egg and spoon races, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
With crowns on and plenty of cheering along the way, it was a day filled with fun, laughter and lots of team spirit!

To celebrate Nature Play Day as part of our Winter Learning Program, we headed outdoors to get creative with sticks, leaves and shells instead of paintbrushes. It was amazing to see all the different prints, patterns and colours everyone discovered along the way.
The fun didn't stop there! The mud kitchen was soon filled with muddy cupcakes, leafy decorations and plenty of sandy creations, making the most of everything nature had to offer. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate a Nature Play Day.

Potion time! 🧪✨
There was plenty of excitement as our children mixed, poured and stirred their very own magical potions. Bubbles fizzed, colours swirled and everyone was eager to see what would happen with each new ingredient added to the mix. Every potion was a little different, with lots of curious faces gathered around to watch the bubbling creations come to life. We have a feeling the potion lab will be open again soon!

We loved welcoming our friends from Dental SA to the centre for a special visit! Our children were excited to meet the team, open wide for their dental checks and chat about ways to keep their smiles healthy. There were plenty of curious questions, bright smiles and friendly faces throughout the morning, helping make the experience feel fun and familiar. Thank you to our friends at Dental SA for visiting us!

Our centre participates in the South Australian Government's new Flying Start initiative.

Flying Start is being rolled out in stages across South Australia, expanding access to preschool for eligible 3 year old children. Many families may not realise that this funding can be accessed through participating long day care providers - just like ours!

At our centre, children can access the Flying Start initiative through our preschool program, delivered by qualified Early Childhood Teachers within our long day care setting!

We're proud to be supporting more children and families in our community through this exciting opportunity.

How incredible is this farm tuff tray! 🚜 😍
Our amazing Ella put together this gorgeous taste safe farm tuff tray using oats, rice, coco powder and weet-bix and the children absolutely loved it. Exploring different animals and their habitats through all those wonderful textures made for the best sensory morning. We could not get enough of it!

This Safe Sleep Week, we’re proud to stand with Red Nose Australia by sharing a few simple tips that can help create a safer sleep environment for babies at home.

Here at Guardian Croydon Park, our Nursery educators carefully supervise rest times and create calm sleep spaces where babies can rest comfortably and safely.

Our centre has a dedicated Baby Ambassador who specialises in infant care and supports families to learn more about safe sleep practices.
