I've been quiet on here, because I've been super busy out there. What a fortunate and humbling problem to have. I'm pinching myself.

The past four months have been nothing short of epic and today I've taken a moment to catch my breath and reflect on some of the highlights:

Sometimes we all need a Little Shove.

The calibre of people who choose to help them with their professional and personal direction, astounds me. Later this week I'll be sharing a story about one of them.

A client told me on Friday that she feels privileged to spend time in my company (yes, I teared-up) and while I'm gracious accepting compliments as I understand the gift that they are, I can honestly say that it's me who feels privileged.

That each client opens up and shares their stories, their challenges, their thoughts and their dreams with me, and trusts in my guidance to help them move forward, is pinch-me stuff.

The reward is seeing the mentoring relationship work time and time again, knowing that each person is driven by a unique set of values, purpose and passions that we uncover along the way.

Helping someone discover who they are and what they want then move forward with renewed clarity, confidence and purpose, is so satisfying that I can barely describe it.

Mentoring is a privilege and an honour - and a bit of fun when I get to give someone the little shove that they need 😜

Well, hello! Here we are again, already days into the new year.
