Incubate is a six-month leadership formation journey with Project Nexus for those who feel called to lead into the new - faithfully, wisely, and with humility, attentive to God’s work in and through them.

Incubate creates space to:
• listen deeply to what God may be forming
• discern what God is inviting, not just what we think is possible
• grow the inner foundations required to lead what comes next

It’s about becoming the kind of leader who can carry something new with faithfulness and hope.
