What an incredible month May has been. The launch of Arraru Yakka’s Trauma-Informed Training Package marks another step forward in supporting safer, more responsive, and culturally informed practice.

What an amazing morning filled with gratitude, laughter, empowering conversations, emotional moments and deep reflection. These spaces are so important as we continue walking together on the journey of truth-telling, learning, connection and reconciliation.

Arraru Yakka is incredibly privileged to have walked alongside Karrendi Primary School on this journey. To witness a school community so deeply committed to Cultural Capability through Knowing, Doing and Being has been truly inspiring. From strong leadership and passionate educators committed to deep listening, to children eager to learn, reflect and lead the next generation, this is what meaningful Reconciliation looks like in action.
