Quick yummy recipe I whipped up this morning. π«π
What to call it? Brekkie berry oat cakes? It's pretty much porridge but baked... Porridge cake? π They're really yummy warm xx
Blitz in a blender:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup rice milk
1 Tbspn Flaxseeds
1 Tbspn Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbspn Happy Way Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pour into silicone or greased pan of choice, decorate with berries and bake at 180C fan forced for around 20 mins (will depend on your oven and the size of your pan).
