We’re hiring a Lead Educator at Mini Ivy, Torrensville.
If you have ever finished a day of teaching and thought “there has to be a way to do this properly”, this is that way.
Mini Ivy is a structured creative development program for 3 to 6 year olds. Small groups. Real pedagogy. Educators who know every child by name and every parent by face. Art is the vehicle, but what we are actually building is confidence, focus, emotional regulation and a growth mindset that sticks.

• You have real experience with young children. Qualifications are a bonus, not a must
• You believe art is how young children learn, not just what they do to fill time
• You can hold a room of 3 to 6 year olds with warmth, not volume
• You light up when a child does the thing they swore they couldn’t
• You want a studio with small groups and real pedagogy, not a busy centre floor
