State nomination criteria for South Australia has already been opened. Migration SA have finally released their occupation list and eligibility requirements for this financial year.
There are 4 streams available for application this financial year.

For all streams, you must have a valid skills assessment, competent English and be under 45 years of age.

1. Graduate of South Australia
Have an eligible occupation. You must have completed your course in South Australia and must meet the minimum qualification level for your occupation. You must be living in SA for the past 12 months and working in your nominated occupation for the past 6 months. You must be working at least 30 hours per week.

2. Skilled worker in South Australia
Have an eligible occupation. You must be living in SA for the past 12 months and working in your nominated occupation for the past 6 months. You must be working at least 30 hours per week.

3. Highly skilled and talented
Have an eligible occupation in a critical technology profession. You can be living in SA, interstate or overseas.

4. Offshore
Have an eligible occupation. You can just submit an expression of interested to be invited.

South Australia offers state nomination and endorsement pathways across a range of visa options for skilled and business migrants.

State nomination criteria for 491 Visa in Queensland!

If you are a skilled worker living and working in Queensland and want to apply for the Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491), this one’s for you!

To be eligible for Queensland nomination, you must meet both the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Migration Queensland criteria.

Department of Home Affairs criteria include:
* Score at least 65 or higher, including state nomination points
* A positive skills assessment in an eligible occupation
* Being under 45 years of age
* Score at least competent English

Important notes:
* If you're eligible for both the 190 and 491 visas, only submit one EOI and select both visa subclass options.
* DO NOT submit multiple EOIs.
* You must submit a new EOI for this financial year
* Businesses must have a physical office in Queensland, no virtual offices.

🥳New Work and Holiday Maker arrangement with the Philippines

Australia has welcomed the Philippines to the Working Holiday Maker (WHM) visa program.

This new Work and Holiday visa arrangement will allow up to 200 young Filipinos and Australians each year to enjoy a 12-month holiday in each other’s country, during which they may undertake short-term work and study. Details in relation to the commencement will be provided once arrangements have been finalised.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese signed a Strategic Partnership with President of the Philippines HE Ferdinand R Marcos Jr during his visit to Manila on 8 September.

The new Strategic Partnership establishes an enduring framework for closer cooperation with the Philippines, one of Australia’s key partners in Southeast Asia, based on a strong alignment of strategic interests.

The Role
We are looking for highly motivated full-time Education Counsellors in Metro Manila and Cebu Philippines.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide counselling for Australian course and visa services to potential clients through a combination of online and face-to-face sales activities;
• Assist client with preparation of Australia course application
• Assist clients with the process of Australian Student Visa applications and documentation preparation for the visa
• Getting new clients and build close relationships with potential clients; Being passionate about people is essential
• Implement and coordinate social media strategies and campaigns;
• General office administrative duties;
• Actively participate in marketing event and campus activities to promote business

Key Selection Criteria:
• Preferable 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role, fresh graduates welcome to apply
