Celebrating Gather Round this weekend goes hand in hand for the children’s enjoyment of all things sport and movement! 🏀 🏈⚽️

Educators got involved in the day as well, representing their favourite sports teams!

We had an incursion from ! 🎶🎵

Using everyday recycled household items, the children used them as musical instruments! 🥢🥁

Exploring rhythm and sound, turning simple objects into a fun, musical adventure! ✨🎶

Our light room transformed into a magical rainforest 🌿✨

With rainforest sounds, jungle projections, and animal & tree shadows, the children discovered, imagined, and created through play. 🌳🐒

🎨 The Eyre room children have been experimenting with liquid paint.

🖌️ They investigated the way the colours moved and changed as the spray bottles mixed the paints together

🏈 Every fortnight we have join us to try out new sports and skills

🏃 This week the children had the opportunity to learn some rugby skills! The children huffed and puffed as they ran, kicked and caught the ball!

We were honoured to have ‘ Walking with Kaurna’ open our native garden with a traditional Smoking Ceremony, acknowledging and respecting the land on which we learn and play. 🌾✨
