De-centering men has been something I have been learning without even realizing that is what I have been doing.
It’s about no longer confusing attention and desire from men with being valued.
It’s about no longer waiting to be chosen by a man.
But rather choosing yourself first and foremost.
Because the right man won’t make you feel like you need to be chosen.

Did I ever think I would be dancing in reels? F**k no. It would take a lot to get me on the dance floor! I was the woman standing at the bar tapping her foot. So uncomfortable and awkward in her body.

But the feminine calls you back home to your body. To movement. To flow. To aliveness 🔥 She wants you so comfortable in your skin that you give no f***s about what people think.

This type of energy then flows into everything you do. Into every aspect of your life.

Frog farming is where a woman’s behaviour and need to be in control (and responsible) turns a man from a prince to a frog. He becomes dependent or incapable when in her company.

This often begins from childhood - for both. His mother does everything for him. And she had to be responsible for far more than she should’ve as a child:

When in this relationship dynamic, a woman will be overwhelmed - she will struggle to soften, to receive or to even feel like intimacy.

As women, we need to create space for our men to step up.
