1️⃣ Don’t miss your two Strength days — they’re the sessions your benchmark lives in
2️⃣ Write your numbers down. Every session. No guessing.
3️⃣ Small load jumps with great technique > heavy grinds
4️⃣ SUMMIT = steady engine work. HIIT = full intent. Don’t mix them up.
5️⃣ Recover on purpose — and be on the floor for retest week
