Welcome to Lo-Phee Tutoring! My name is Phoebe and I am now accepting new students to have one-on-one tutoring sessions with. I recieved my Working with Children Check in February 2023.
I completed my HSC in 2020, achieving a mark of 94/100 in Mathematics Advanced (Band 6) and a mark of 41/50 in Mathematics Extension 1 (Band E3). My approach to learning is to ensure students are confident with the fundamentals of mathematics, and then to reframe new maths topics as an extension of those, rather than something entirely new.
As an LGBT+ and neurodivergent individual, I aim to create a safe space for all students to feel comfortable and assured, the goal is not perfection but improvement!
I currently offer one-hour sessions for $50, and am available from 12pm-8pm weekdays and weekends. Cancellation fees may apply for those who decide to cancel within 24 hours of their appointment.
