I taught my first German Cake Lesson in Sydney after moving here last year, teaching baked Cheesecake with a typical German ingredient called "Quark" which is a soft white cheese and better than neufchatel by far.
My student Mark is a natural and the baked cheesecake turned out beautifully. Thank you Mark for letting me teach you.

Have you noticed all the dragonflies that are enjoying our beaches? Our environment team says it’s because of the high rainfall we’ve had this year and the onset of warmer weather.

This has enabled more dragonfly breeding, as well as an increase in the population of their food, which includes mosquitoes, cabbage white butterflies, flies and other flying insects.
