We are looking for our next Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team and help us redefine what it means to grow older.

Our target market isn't ‘just’ looking to rehabilitate an injury; they are Australians aged 45–65 who want to optimize their healthspan, lifespan, and cognitive performance. We use data-driven health testing, 1-1 coaching, and small-group training to equip our clients to enjoy everything life has to offer, safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver High-Quality Coaching: Guide clients through safe, time-efficient 1-1 and small-group exercise sessions.

Conduct Health Testing & Future-Casting: Use objective data to build long-term healthspan strategies for clients.

Behavioral Coaching: Empower clients to make sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle adjustments.

Translate Science to Practice: Break down complex physiological principles into language clients understand and can immediately apply.

ESSA Accredited: You are a fully qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Evidence-Based Thinker: You look to peer-reviewed literature (Google Scholar, PubMed) to guide your practice, not social media algorithms.

Working as a Gym Instructor, the successful applicants will be specifically responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members, membership administration and the supervision of placement students.

To be considered, applicants must have a current DCSI Clearance and have availability to work from 6am–9pm Monday to Friday and weekends. You also need to have completed a degree in Human Movement, Exercise and Sport Science, or Clinical Exercise Physiology and currently hold, or be eligible to apply for, Exercise and Sports Science Australia membership and Exercise Science (ES) Accreditation.
