Our high performance Reformer classes follow a clear progression pathway designed to help you build strength through training that feels both effective and enjoyable.
New clients begin in Fundamentals & Recovery, where you’ll learn key movement patterns, build confidence, and understand how strength training on the Reformer differs from both traditional gym training and Reformer Pilates.
After around five Fundamentals & Recovery classes, most clients are ready to progress into Intermediate.
Intermediate classes are designed to become your regular weekly Reformer session. Here, you’ll build confidence with heavier spring selections, more dynamic transitions, longer working sequences, and increasingly advanced progressions. This is where most clients begin to truly challenge themselves physically while continuing to refine movement quality, body awareness, and technical ex*****on.
After roughly 10 Intermediate classes, or once you’ve built consistency and confidence in the room, you’ll be ready for Advanced.
Advanced classes are designed for clients comfortable with complex combinations, heavier loading, faster transitions, and higher intensity work. These sessions demand greater strength, coordination, and body awareness while maintaining movement quality under fatigue. Advanced is where clients can fully explore their performance potential while continuing to build strength, resilience, fitness, and confidence.
Our Reformer system is designed to meet you where you are. Some clients use it as their primary form of strength training, while others use it alongside gym training, running, or hybrid performance goals.
At PLATFRM, our approach is built around progressive overload, muscular strength and endurance, mobility, and movement quality. Rather than relying on traditional sets and reps on the reformer, we use intentional programming, intelligent layering, progressive challenges, and high quality coaching to create sessions that are purposeful, challenging, and engaging.
