The yoga class I taught this week in the park was a delight. In a day full of clouds and a little bit of rain, we were please to have the sunshine, birds chirping and the smell of freshly cut grass.
I'll teach again outdoors in the next few months, through City of Marion and Cpilates and Movement. The classes are FREE for participants, so make sure you save your spot by booking on the links.

Celebrating Anne’s birthday at the studio. How good is that? Nice chatting, lots of laughs and nice people happily together.
Jazz 45+ (Wednesday 10:00 @ Dragonfly Dance) routine for practice. This term we’re working on artistry and expression elements. In 12 weeks we’ll keep practicing the steps previously taught adding elements such as sharpnesses, softness, etc.
