The Sahasrara (Sah-hus-rah-rah) team have been working behind the scenes to bring everyone together as soon as possible. We have finally been able to get something going. We hope you can make it!

This Friday, 24th July
At 11am
The Magill UniSA Campus (G1-83)

We are all meeting up to have a quiet, chill zone moment. The whole team will be there, so we hope we can introduce ourselves to some new faces :)

PLEASE BRING anything you want to share with like minded people.
Here is a short list of some things that the team are bringing:
- Tarot cards
- Crystals
- Essential Oils
- Books
- Half finished art projects
- Their own snacks (we can't encourage sharing food because of COVID measures)
- Personalised quiz game (with a prize!)
So please feel free to bring anything that will help you relax, and something you'd love to share with us. Or just yourself!

Are you a restless meditator?
Me too! Haha who says you can't move during a relaxation meditation?
I move and do what feels right for my body during my meditations, there is no point feeling uncomfortable while you are trying to relax!

Throat Chakra – Blue
Your Throat Chakra will determine how well you express yourself in every sense. Physically it effects your thyroid, throat, jaw, and mouth. Spiritually it effects your ability to express yourself verbally, creatively and outwardly. Also your honesty with yourself and others, and how many secrets you’re hiding.
If your throat chakra is out of balance you can not express yourself freely. This may be because of your external influences, but it can also be yourself stopping you. Creativity, honesty, denial, lying, pitch of voice, attitude, clothing, music, singing, writing, activism, religion, voice; it is all from your throat chakra. If these things are holding you back, or your are too far forward with any of it, your throat chakra needs a bit of extra love from you. Also physical sore throats, thyroid problems, aching jaw, clenching, chatting and grinding your jaw are all signs of a weakened throat chakra.
Some ways to start healing are drinks that are good for your throat, tea, honey, lemon, ginger etc. Also meditate with your hands by your throat and sing HAAAAAAAAAM in a low slow voice. Its more of a hum than saying ham (pork) 😂😂 Also singing and laughing and start expressing yourself freely!

Hello beautiful people,
The social restrictions are starting to lift! So I guess my question is, how soon do you want to see face-to-face events from us?
We have some ideas for a chill out space and practice spaces. But we want to hear from you! What do you love to see? And how soon? Should we wait a few more weeks?

Wow! This meditation is good for a bit of a cry and a lot of love. Especially in a time like now, we need to understand WHY and WHAT we feel to Honour these feelings, Enquire, Allow, and Love these feelings. HEAL. It's short, and so refreshing 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🥰🥰🌄🌄

I am sharing a practice I do daily in my own self-healing efforts. It uses HEAL as an acronym to open up the dialogue between our pain and our Hearts. Honor / Enquire / Allow / Love yourself back into alignment when you feel overwhelmed, anxious or about to 'unravel'.
