🌱 Community Garden Day – Saturday, 29th August 🌳

Join us for a fun and productive morning in our community garden from 9:00am to 11:00am, followed by a relaxed morning tea. Families are warmly invited to attend. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or caregiver.

We’ll be pruning trees, picking fruit, planting seedlings (if available), and getting our hands dirty with general gardening and maintenance. It’s a wonderful way to connect, learn, and care for our shared space.

🎁✨ Our Father’s Day Stall is nearly here! ✨🎁
Calling all Thiele Primary School students—don’t miss your chance to pick out the perfect gift for Dad or a special person this Thursday 3rd September!

With gifts ranging from $1–$10, there’s something for everyone. Students will visit the stall during class time, and we’ve got a catch-up day on Friday 4th September too!

Science Week is in full swing with our wonderful line-up of hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and inspire our students!

So far this week we have had Lego challenges and Robot Building challenges.

Here’s what’s happening for the remainder of the week:
Thursday (Lunch): Upper Primary students (Years 3-6) can get hands-on with slime making and marble painting in the Spence Science Room.
Friday (Morning): INCURSION for all in the PAC.
Friday (Lunch): Junior Primary students (R-2) are in for a treat with sensory play—featuring fun activities like playdough and oobleck—back in the Heysen Science Room.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy as we explore, experiment, and discover the wonders of science together. We look forward to an engaging and memorable week for all our students!

We’re excited to share a fun opportunity for our upcoming Book Week Parade on Friday, 28th August! This year, our staff will be dressing up with a playful theme: 'Mr Men and Little Miss'. We warmly invite all attending families to join in the fun by dressing up as your favourite Mr Men or Little Miss character, too!

Let’s get creative together and make this year’s parade even more memorable and exciting for the children. We can’t wait to see all the colourful characters on parade!
