The following schedule will operate this week for End of Year Gradings:


Adult Gradings

Tuesday 6-8pm Kickboxing

Thursday 6-8pm Jiu Jitsu



The following classes are cancelled due to grading:



Tuesdays 6pm Jiu Jitsu

Thursday 12pm Jiu Jitsu

All welcome to attend and participate alongside those grading.


Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6-8pm classes to operate as usual.
