In Šahy (Slovakia), a workshop titled “Become a Fair Play Hero” was held with the participation of local schoolchildren, marking World Fair Play Day, proclaimed by the United Nations.

Organised by the Fair Play Club of the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee, the event highlighted the importance of fair play as a universal value that promotes respect, teamwork, and integrity.

Through interactive games and discussions, children experienced real-life sporting situations and learned how honesty, respect for rules, and fair behaviour shape both competition and everyday life.

The workshop offered young participants both educational insight and inspiring experiences.
