Cultural Heritage: Martial arts are often steeped in local traditions, such as Pencak Silat in Indonesia/Malaysia - Wai Khru Ram Muay in Thailand - Eskrima/Arnis In the Filipino stick fighting arts, rhythm, dance and combat flow together. which blend combat with spiritual practices, traditional medicine, and artistic expression.
