Ilmar Lapinsch is the chief conductor and general manager of the Irkuzk Philarmonic Orchestra. He is also member of the Final Jury in the 27th World Music Competition.

Students of Wiener Musikakademie performed a beautiful Christmas concert at the Bank Austria Salon in Altes Rathaus Wien on the 21st December.
