Our Grade 5 students became global researchers and presenters as they explored how different countries generate and use energy. From hydroelectric power in Norway to solar farms in Morocco and geothermal energy in Iceland, they discovered the innovative ways communities are powering a more sustainable future. 🌞💨💧🌋

Through their presentations, students developed their research, communication and critical thinking skills while deepening their understanding of the importance of renewable energy and environmental responsibility. We are proud of the curiosity, creativity and confidence they demonstrated as they shared their learning with their peers.

It's hard to believe that a week has already passed since we celebrated the incredible achievements of the Class of 2026.

As our graduates begin their next adventures around the world, we are still reflecting on the memories, friendships, accomplishments, and moments that made their time at Danube International School Vienna so special.

We are immensely proud of everything they have achieved and excited to see where their journeys take them next. Wherever life leads, they will always remain part of the Danube community.

✨📚 A Fairy Tale Twist! 📚✨

This week, our Grade 6 students visited Grade 3 to share their imaginative Twisted Fairy Tales as part of a wonderful cross-grade collaboration. 🌟

The Grade 3 students were captivated by the stories, enjoying the creative twists and unexpected endings. Some of the tales were so funny they had everyone laughing out loud! 😂📖

It was also a special moment for the Grade 3 students to see how much the Grade 6 students have grown. It feels like only yesterday they were in Grade 3 themselves! 💙

Experiences like these highlight the strong sense of community at Danube, where students learn from and inspire one another across year levels.
