A sneak leak into our rehearsals for one of opera’s most iconic and electrifying works.

“Carmen” follows the fiercely independent Carmen, a woman who refuses to live by anyone else’s rules. Her passion and freedom captivate Don José, setting them both on a path where love, obsession, jealousy, and fate collide. With Bizet’s unforgettable score, “Carmen” explores the intoxicating power of desire and the price of trying to possess someone who was never meant to be owned.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes glimpse into bringing this timeless masterpiece to life. Join us August 1st and 2nd at the Ehrbar Saal!

A glimpse into rehearsals for one of Puccini’s most moving and emotionally powerful operas.

Suor Angelica tells the story of a noblewoman forced into a convent after bearing a child out of wedlock. Years later, a devastating visit from her aunt reveals a heartbreaking truth, setting Angelica on a journey through grief, forgiveness, and ultimately, hope. With Puccini’s lush, soaring score, the opera explores the depths of love, loss, faith, and redemption.
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at bringing this timeless masterpiece to life. We can’t wait to share more with you. 🤍
