Who are these elusive individuals calling themselves “representatives”? We are here to make your life as students just a little easier. We offer advice, in person, per mail or per e-mail on all aspects of your studies at the English department, and once in a while we invite you to take a break from your studies and join us for an on-campus event! We’re happy to answer all your questions regarding the English department itself, the curricula, deadlines, holidays, and whatever other questions may arise, so don’t hesitate to ask! For some more information about us and our function as student representatives, please see here (only in German): https://www.facebook.com/steven.angelis/posts/1656242114609261

UPDATED WITH THE CORRECT DAY OF THE WEEK Join us for a community gathering at the close of the month! 📆This Friday, we’ll be doing a free crochet workshop 🧶outside on the grass, accompanied by some drinks, snacks, and a bake sale 🧁 to support your StV. Come socialize with your fellow Anglistik students (or feel free to bring some friends of your own) and enjoy the sunny weather! ☀️
P.S. If you have your own crochet supplies and expertise, you are encouraged to bring both to the proverbial table, same with picnic blankets! We will be providing supplies and blankets of our own for those who just want to show up, though 🤗

Join us for a cozy autumn gathering! 🍂
We’ll sip drinks, play a few games, and have a friendly chat about the idea of Thanksgiving - what it means to celebrate it and how we feel about it today, given its complex history. Whether you want to engage in the discussion over cozy fall drinks or just see it as a chance to get together, we hope to see you there!
