لا يٌثبت جودة وانتشار نظام "ابيسل" الدولى فى مجال إدارة الأعمال أفضل من الآلاف والآلاف من المتخرجين على مستوى العالم والحاصلين على شهادة "ابيسل" الدولية.

ففقط بالنمسا، وهي بلد المركز الدولي الرئيسي، حصل 12 الف متخرج على شهادة "ابيسل" فى عام 2015.

على المستوى الدولى هناك منظمتان ترعيان برنامج "ابيسل" العالمى:

المجلس العلمى لكفاءة إدارة الأعمال لـ "ابيسل" الدولية ومقره ألمانيا
مركز "ابيسل" الدولى ومقره النمسا، تحت قيادة السيد فيكتور ميهاليتش Victor Mihalic الرئيس التنفيذى لـ "ابيسل" الدولية
وتحت هاتان المنظمتان تندرج "ابيسل" للعالم العربى ومقرها فيينا بالنمسا تحت قيادة الدكتور محمد على إبراهيم

"ابيسل" الدولية مسئولة عن المراكز التدريبية المعتمدة فى كل دول العالم كما أنها المسئولة عن تطوير أنظمة التدريب والاختبار. "ابيسل" العالم العربى مسئولة عن كل هذه المجالات فى الدول العربية.

يتألف المجلس العلمى لكفاءة إدارة الأعمال لـ "ابيسل" الدولية ومقره بادربورن بألمانيا من أساتذة جامعين من الدول المختلفة والمتخصصين فى إدارة الأعمال.

وينشط المجلس كداعم علمى وأخلاقى ومعنوى لتقديم النصيحة والمشاورة الأكاديمية والإدارة الاستراتيجية لبرنامج "ابيسل" للتدريب والاختبار. I would like to thank you for your interest in our Training & Certification System „EBC*L“, The European Business Competence License. EBC*L is a certification system that defines core business competencies within an internationally standardized catalog. It also makes business knowledge verifiable with an internationally standardized exam. Within the last 10 years, EBC*L was able to establish itself in 42 countries on four different continents. The EBC*L exam can be taken in 24 languages including English and Arabic. Nothing proves the quality and increasing acknowledgment of our education better than the 60,000 graduates who already obtained an EBC*L certificate until now. The international headquarter of EBC*L, situated in Vienna, Austria, is responsible for international dissemination, quality control and further development of the EBC*L system. The Council Business Competence for Europe (KWE) in Paderborn, Germany, is the advisory council for supporting and developing the content of the specialized syllabus and assures its quality. The EBC*L programme is widely acknowledged by enterprises, therefore a big amount of well-known multinational companies such as Siemens, T-Mobile, Trenkwalder, Xerox, Bayer, Uniqa and Samsung, have successfully integrated EBC*L into their in-house staff development programs.
