In the HAUS, we slow things down.

For 50 minutes, nothing else matters: Not your inbox. Not your to-do list. Not your deadlines. JUST YOU.

Your body. The movement. Your breath.

And when things start to get hard. When that voice in your head tells you you can’t hold it, you can’t go any further, you can’t do one more pulse - we’re here to remind you that you can. 💪🏼

Because while you’re on the Mega, shaking, sweating and slowing down, you stop listening to the noise and start listening to your body.

That’s the mind–body connection we care about.

Your body is capable of more than your mind sometimes lets you believe. 😉

You might look at Lagree and think: How hard can it be?
It’s slow. It’s controlled. There’s not much going on.

Until you’re in the Haus. In that room. On that Megaformer.

Then every inch suddenly has a purpose. Every movement demands your full attention. And somewhere between the shaking and the burn, you start feeling muscles you didn’t even know existed. 🙋🏻‍♀️😄

Our Guest Instructor TIFF is bringing a little Berlin energy to the Haus. 🤟🏼🖤

Tiff is a trainer, guide and coach based in Berlin and originally from Taiwan. She has been teaching group fitness for over 5 years and Lagree for 2.

She cares deeply about guiding you through intentional yet challenging programs so you can show up as your best self.

She teaches at Framework - a studio you should definitely add to your Berlin list: Teacher-owned, with a strong focus on biomechanics, body awareness and great coaching. 🦾

Her classes are known to be upbeat, fun, motivating, and challenging in the best way. Expect some banging beats, shakes, and smiles!

Now she’s bringing all of that to Vienna.
