✨The true meaning and purpose of Haṭha yoga has been misinterpreted to fit more the expectation of the modern student, or rather let's say "the client" in order to advertise and attract them to the studio😓 People would sign up for something that promised relaxation and no or minimal effort🙈 But the true purpose of Haṭha yoga according to the scriptures like Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā or Gheraṇḍa Saṁhitā is very much the opposite

PS: these are the new Motus Strength perfect for basically anything, I've been wearing them indoors mostly to the gym where I started to go and honestly I need a gym membership, because so far I've been only being a parasite on my friend's membership, but as someone entering her perimenopause, I've been told by social media and books to lift, so come to my classes please, so I can afford it 😂 But honestly gym should be for free, provided by the health insurance and Vivos are a must have for outside or inside🙌 It's true
I have a code LENKA15, I've been told, if you get any Vivos from their website in many countries, but not all😅
