🇺🇸 Three intensive and highly valuable training days at adidas in Herzogenaurach.

In cooperation with SDN Protection Nuremberg/Germany (CEO Lars Müller), the International Association of Personal Protection Agents (IAPPA) delivered a specialized “VIP Close Protection Agent” seminar for the security team, conducted by Oliver Becker, CCPA®, IAPPA certified Instructor.

The training focused on modern close protection principles based on international standards. Participants were challenged in realistic scenarios designed to strengthen preventive intelligence, tactical movement, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure.

Close protection today is not limited to escorting a principal—it requires a proactive mindset, structured processes, and seamless teamwork. The ability to recognize risks early and act decisively is essential in dynamic environments.

This seminar once again highlighted that professional close protection is built on preparation, communication, and continuous training.

In Kooperation mit SDN Protection Nürnberg hat die International Association of Personal Protection Agents (IAPPA) ein Spezialseminar zum „VIP Close Protection Agent“ für das Sicherheitsteam durchgeführt, durchgeführt von Oliver Becker, CCPA®, IAPPA Ausbilder.

Im Fokus stand moderner Personenschutz nach internationalen Standards. In realitätsnahen Szenarien wurden insbesondere präventive Aufklärung, taktische Bewegungsabläufe, Lagebewusstsein sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit unter Stress trainiert.

Personenschutz bedeutet heute weit mehr als Begleitung. Entscheidend sind ein proaktives Mindset, klare Strukturen und eingespielte Teamarbeit. Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und konsequent zu handeln ist in dynamischen Umgebungen unerlässlich.

Das Seminar hat erneut gezeigt: Professioneller Personenschutz basiert auf Vorbereitung, Kommunikation und kontinuierlichem Training.

🇩🇪 Am 7.–8. März 2026 findet in Wolfram-Eschenbach in Mittelfranken (Bayern) die Prüfung und Zertifizierung von Sprengstoffspürhundeteams nach IAPPA-Standards statt. Das Prüferteam um Andre Holland führt gemeinsam mit der Firma K9 IED Solution & Training, Inhaber Lothar Mack, die Leistungsüberprüfung durch. Insgesamt stellen sich 11 Hundeführer-Teams der anspruchsvollen Überprüfung ihrer Einsatzfähigkeit. Mit dieser Zertifizierung unterstreicht die IAPPA erneut ihren hohen Qualitätsanspruch und ihr konsequentes Engagement für professionelle Standards im Bereich der Explosivstoffdetektion und operativen Sicherheit.

🇺🇸 On March 7–8, 2026, the examination and certification of explosive detection dog teams according to IAPPA standards will take place in Wolfram-Eschenbach, Middle Franconia (Bavaria), Germany. The examiner team led by Andre Holland will conduct the assessment together with K9 IED Solution & Training, owned by Lothar Mack. A total of 11 handler teams will undergo the demanding operational capability evaluation. With this certification, IAPPA once again reinforces its commitment to the highest quality standards and professional excellence in the field of explosive detection and operational security.
