26 when I started with ballet.
“Too much" since day one. The ballet culture didn't fit me, so I built something new.

Adult ballet artists only.

What if ballet felt different?

What if ballet didn’t have to feel like fighting your body?

What if training didn’t have to mean forcing, gripping, correcting, comparing, or trying to become someone else?

What if ballet could become a conversation with your body instead?

More playful. More mindful. More curious. More honest.

That’s the approach I’m exploring in Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry.

If that sounds like the kind of ballet your adult dancer heart has been looking for, teaching #1 is waiting for you to be explored

Yes, it's free and you'll get immediate access.

Comment 'NEW WAY' for the link.

You don’t need another teacher telling you to pull up your… whatever.

You need a paradigm shift.

Adult dancers are some of the most dedicated people in the studio — but we are still often trying to grow inside a rulebook built for 12-year-olds.

And at some point, trying harder inside the old paradigm stops being noble.

It becomes exhausting.

That’s exactly why I created Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry.

A free 5-part teaching series for adult ballet dancers who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start using their maturity, intelligence, sensitivity, and lived experience as part of their technique.

And here’s what I want you to know today:

You do not need to binge all 5 teachings perfectly before the replays close TODAY, May 25.

One sentence can shift the way you enter class.

One gold nugget can change the trajectory of your adult ballet life.

Are you open to this?

Drop a 🦄 in the comments and
I’ll send you instant access to all 5 teachings.

One or two gold nuggets can change the trajectory of your adult ballet life.

Not because one training magically fixes everything.

But because sometimes you hear one sentence and your whole relationship with ballet shifts.

Like:

Learning slowly and accurately is not your flaw to overcome.
It is your superpower.

Do you know what that sentence can do to an adult dancer who has spent years thinking they are “too slow,” “too late,” “not naturally talented,” or “always behind”?

It can change the entire way they enter the room.

It can change how they listen.

How they practice.

How they receive correction.

How they stop fighting their own body.

That’s why I don’t want you to think you need to “catch up” on all 5 teachings of 'Stop Fighting your Anatomy - Start Leading your Artistry' before the replays close tonight (May 25).

I want you to choose wisely.

Because intentionality is part of leading your artistry.

Go get instant access to all teachings (and then practice being intentional here): plie.at/5days

24/05/2026

Stay aware. (There's even MORE)

The full impact of these 5 teachings may not have landed all at once.

It may unfold over the next few days.

It may peak later.

It may surprise you in class, in a random plié, in the way you stand, think, pause, or listen.

Because once your body has been fed with the right kind of information, it keeps integrating.

Without asking your logic mind for permission. 😅🔥

And the breakthroughs you’ve already shared tell me one thing very clearly:

This is just the beginning.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward a different way of learning ballet — more embodied, more intelligent, more yours — the replays are available until May 25th.

Write it down. Fold it up. Put it in your dance bag.

One of the most powerful moments of my 5-day series almost slipped through quietly.

At the end of Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry, we talked about something I now want every adult ballet dancer to create:

A Dance Bag Manifesto.

Because these 5 days were not just about learning more about ballet.

They were about asking:
What quality do I choose to bring more of into my ballet life?

That’s why the participants are now writing their own manifesto — in their words.

And it may sound something like this:

In my ballet life, I choose to bring more softness — because nurturing work is real work.

I choose to bring more curiosity — because my body is allowed to surprise me.

I choose to bring more trust — because I do not need to fight my anatomy to grow.

I choose to bring more artistry — because I am not here only to “do things correctly”.

I choose to bring more leadership — because my ballet life belongs to me.

That’s the kind of work we did inside this 5-day room.
Small enough to fit in a dance bag.

Big enough to change the way you enter the room.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward a different way of learning ballet — more embodied, more intelligent, more yours — the replays are still available until May 25th.

If these 5 days opened something in you…

Not just a new correction.

Not just a new exercise.

Not just a nice little “aha” moment.

But a new relationship with your body.

A new way of listening — and trusting yourself.

A quiet grief around how much you may have been settling without realizing it.

A deeper desire for ballet than your logic mind usually allows.

A new sense of: wait… maybe my body was never the problem.

A new hunger to learn ballet differently — with more clarity, more agency, and more creativity.

Then there are two very different next doors.

DOOR 1: BALLET BREAKTHROUGH ASSESSMENT

For you if you want my loving, analytical eyes on your actual dancing — and a clear, body-specific map of what’s blocking ease, alignment, flow, and artistry right now.

You’ll send me 2–3 short videos, and I’ll look at what your body is trying to do, where it’s compensating, and what needs to shift first.

Then you’ll receive voice-message coaching and a 3-week (written) focus plan — so you don’t leave with more information, but with a precise next step for your body.

This is the “I need clarity on my body” door.

2 spots available.

DOOR 2: PRIVATE 1:1 MENTORSHIP - BALLET NEEDS YOU

This is for you if this week made you think:

I want to do ballet this way now.

The way where one precise shift can change how your whole body organizes itself.

The way where results come surprisingly fast — not because we rush, but because your body finally receives the right information.

The way where technique becomes something you can feel, understand, and lead from.

The 1:1 mentorship is a 10-week private container with bi-weekly 1:1 calls and close, body-specific support.

We stay close to your actual process — your body, your questions, your patterns, your dancing — so the work doesn’t stay as a beautiful 5-day experience, but becomes a new way of learning, practicing, and leading your ballet life.

That’s the BALLET NEEDS YOU mentorship door.

By application only.

Not always loudly.

Not always in the comments.

Not always in the places my marketing brain thought I should be looking. 😂

But they are here.

Trying things in class.

Pausing between work tasks.

Tracing bones in random corners of real life.

On the bathroom floor?!

And honestly?

That is the paradigm shift.

I thought today’s final teaching needed to be a BIG BANG.

But no.

Today we get rock-solid.

Because the evidence is already inside this group:

50 adult ballet dancers who said YES.

You are already practicing what it means to lead your artistry from inside your actual life.

Not in some perfect studio setting.

Not when everything is calm.

Not when you finally have more time, more space, more confidence, more permission.

But now.

Not exactly the way I thought it would look.

Probably not exactly the way you thought it would look either.

And still — we both know:

It’s happening.

Today, I want to guide you beyond what your logic mind says is “realistic” for an adult in ballet.
Haha. My love language. 😂

We’re going to touch what you really want from ballet.

Not the polite answer.

Not the reasonable answer.

Not the answer your old ballet conditioning has trained you to accept.

The real one.

And we’ll anchor the previous 4 teachings deeper and more joyfully into your body —
so this doesn’t stay as “nice information,”
but becomes something you can actually carry into your dancing and your everyday life.

And yes — we’ll also talk about prizes, unlocking some freaking amazing bonuses,
and how to continue working with me if you feel called to keep going.

No pressure.

No artificial hype.

Just clarity.

Today, we close the room beautifully.

Final teaching: May 21st
4 pm CEST / Paris time

Who will be there LIVE? 🩰🔥

Not the awkward kind of quiet. But the kind where people are in their (ballet) kitchen at 10pm, eyes closed, one finger gliding along bones, having a conversation with their own anatomy they've never had before.

They joined 'Stop Fighting Your Anatomy — Start Leading Your Artistry' my 5-day free teaching series.

And here's what I'm noticing:

They're not loud. They're not performing. They're not trying to prove anything.

They're just… in it.

Some are on Day 1 still, because the leg alignment exercise keeps giving them new information and they're smart enough to stay there.

Some are behind and not panicking about it — because they finally realized this isn't a race, it's a room.

And the thing that strikes me most? These 50 dancers signed up knowing this wasn't going to be a quick-fix, hype-heavy, "transform in 5 days" kind of thing.

They signed up because something in them was ready.

Ready to stop outsourcing authority.

Ready to stop fighting their anatomy.

Ready to start leading — not from a place of perfection, but from a place of understanding.

50 people didn't need a louder promise.

They needed a deeper one.

If that's you — if you've been feeling that pull toward something more substantial, more embodied, more YOURS — the replays are available.

The door is still open. The room is quiet (& deep), and there's space for you.

A quality correction makes an instant difference.

You do not need to spend weeks, months, or years blindly following an instruction just to maybe discover it works.

Your body knows.

And instant improvement is not the same as a quick fix.

Instant improvement includes the feedback of your body — not overriding it, not forcing past it, but actually listening to it.

That is how you build trust in your own ability.

When the body sets the pace, growth can happen surprisingly fast — and still be sustainable.

That is when ballet stops feeling random.

You stop fighting.

You start building.

And your progress becomes intentional (AND unstoppable) 😅🩰🚀

Today’s teaching was a fiery one.

We looked behind the veil of the mental strategies adult ballet dancers use to keep themselves small, convenient, and exactly where they are.

The need to do everything correctly.

The hesitation to want more.

The pressure to stay “reasonable.”

The self-protection disguised as realism.

Ouch.

And today was about seeing those strategies more clearly —

so we can choose something else.

Because you do not have to keep relating to your ballet journey from self-protection.

You can change the narrative.

You can step into artist-leadership.

After the teaching, one participant wrote to me:

“Thank you for today, you keep surprising me with every teaching!”

Because this work is not about cheering you on blindly.

It is about helping you see more clearly, lead yourself differently, and stop protecting smallness when what you really want is truth, depth, and change.
