✔️Objectives:
●Conduct research and application projects on the social embedding and impact of all types of innovations.
●Contribute to the design and distribution of socially accepted and sustainable innovations to meet global challenges.
●Deploy innovative research, education, and advisory services.
●Provide non-formal learning about social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and policy formation.
●Integrate and increase the local community participation in educational and social processes.
●Generate new knowledge, configure existing knowledge, evaluate measures, develop concepts, and forward their implementation.
●Engage in the development of theories, methodologies, instruments, and measures as well as in the dissemination of a systemically conceptualized broad innovation approach, contributing also to the implementation of the sustainable development goals.
●Apply a set of methodological competencies and skills in a broad range of thematic areas with expertise in Europe. Coordinate and deliver European initiatives in education and innovation policies.
●Promote participation in the labour market for the active social inclusion of all.
●Intensify research to co-construct knowledge that will generate innovation.
●Encourage and facilitate people’s active participation in the various stages of co-constructing knowledge, including by identifying problems and developing solutions.
●Ensure knowledge transfer to facilitate the implementation of innovations or practical solutions to the targeted problems.
●Enhance training for highly qualified researchers, students, and staff in ways to approach and encourage social innovation.
●Consolidate and promote the creation of national and international partnerships.
●Encourage creativity and innovative development of people in the local community.
●Encourage participation in civil society activities.
●Organize local, national, and international activities about non-formal education and social innovation with similar public and private organizations.
●Build networks and cooperate with similarly targeted European-wide organizations in educational and social projects.
●Organize conferences, seminars, workshops, and training courses for people in local communities.
