Today we'll share yet another interesting video made in cooperation with the Slovenská inovačná a energetická agentúra 🤓
It provides a comprehensive example of creating a simple automation scenario for a Loxone Miniserver controller.🤖
The idea of the scenario is to control the lighting, both with a touch switch and also with a motion sensor if there is little light in the room. It also shows the creation of mood lights, for example for relaxing or watching TV.😎

What does it mean a positive-energy building? Passive house quality envelope, solar energy utilized to the best, and excellent heat recovery (also from sewage water in our case).

What do you need to know about living in such building? Nothing really, just adjust the temperature you need, maybe fix the blinds.

What does it gives me and how much it costs? Health, comfort and satisfaction - at a 9-yeas payback rate.

What stays behind that simplicity? Lots of knowledge and skills... and that's what brings to the market.
