PLUS Respect: INTERVIEW PARTNERS wanted!

Discrimination, bullying and gender-based violence can occur in both study and work environments at PLUS. Our goal is to create a safe work and study environment at PLUS for everyone. An evaluation of the status quo is currently taking place as part of PLUS Respect. The results of this evaluation will serve as the foundation for the steps needed to make the university a safe space for everyone who works or studies at PLUS. In addition to the online survey, in-depth individual interviews will be conducted in fall 2024.

For qualitative individual interviews, we are looking for people who have experienced discrimination, gender-based violence and/or bullying at PLUS
and
• ... have sought support and help from PLUS support services in this context and are willing to talk about their experiences with these support services
or who
• ... have not (yet) contacted PLUS support services and are willing to talk about whether there is a reason why they were hesitant to contact them and what would have encouraged them to make use of the available support services.

The aim is to discuss which measures and services you believe contribute to making the PLUS a discrimination- and bullying-free working, teaching and learning environment.
Please allow approx. 30-45 minutes for a qualitative interview. The interviews will take place in October/November 2024, the exact date can be arranged individually.
The results of the interviews will be used as a basis for the structural development of the PLUS reporting system and for the development of measures to promote equal opportunities and a university free of discrimination and bullying.
Your experiences and information will be treated confidentially. The results will be used exclusively for the (further) development of the reporting system and to improve support services at PLUS.

Überall, wo viele Menschen zusammenarbeiten, lehren und studieren, kann es zu Diskriminierung, sexualisierter Gewalt und/oder Mobbing kommen. Der PLUS ist es ein großes Anliegen, Chancengleichheit sowie einen diskriminierungs- und mobbingfreien Raum zu fördern. Im Rahmen von PLUS Respekt findet aktuell eine Evaluierung des Status Quo statt. Zusätzlich zur Online-Befragung werden im Herbst 2024 vertiefende Einzelinterviews durchgeführt.

Für die qualitativen Einzelinterviews werden Personen gesucht, die an der PLUS Diskriminierung, sexualisierte Gewalt und/oder Mobbing erlebt haben
und
• ... in diesem Zusammenhang Unterstützung und Hilfe bei Anlaufstellen der PLUS gesucht haben und bereit sind, über ihre Erfahrungen mit diesen Anlaufstellen zu erzählen
oder die
• ... sich (bisher) nicht an Anlaufstellen der PLUS gewandt haben und bereit sind, darüber zu sprechen, ob es einen Grund gibt, warum diese nicht genutzt wurden und was eine Nutzung gefördert hätte.

Es soll thematisiert werden, welche Maßnahmen und Angebote aus Ihrer Sicht dazu beitragen, die PLUS zu einem diskriminierungs- und mobbingfreien Arbeits-, Lehr- und Lernraum zu machen.
Bitte planen Sie für ein qualitatives Interview ca. 30-45 Min. ein. Die Interviews finden im Oktober/ November 2024 statt, das genaue Datum kann individuell vereinbart werden.
Die Ergebnisse der Interviews werden als Basis für die strukturelle Weiterentwicklung des Meldesystems der PLUS sowie zur Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Chancengleichheit und einer diskriminierungs- und mobbingfreien Universität genutzt.
Ihre Erfahrungen und Angaben werden vertraulich behandelt. Die Ergebnisse werden ausschließlich zur (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Meldesystems und zur Verbesserung von Maßnahmen an der PLUS verwendet.

For many, such and other discriminatory statements are part of everyday life at Paris Lodron University. Discrimination, bullying and sexual violence can occur during your studies as well as in everyday working life at PLUS. We would like to invite all students and employees to take part in the online survey and share their own experiences. The data will be treated confidentially.

For each completed questionnaire, 3€ will be donated to the Salzburg women's emergency hotline.

Solche und andere diskriminierende Aussagen gehören für viele zum Alltag an der Paris Lodron Universität. Diskriminierung, Mobbing und sexualisierte Gewalt können im Rahmen des Studiums gleichermaßen, wie im Arbeitsalltags an der PLUS vorkommen. Wir möchten alle Studierenden und Mitarbeitenden dazu einladen, sich an der Onlinebefragung zu beteiligen und eigene Erfahrungen zu teilen. Die Daten werden vertraulich behandelt.

Pro vollständig ausgefülltem Fragebogen werden 3 Euro an den Frauennotruf Salzburg gespendet.

Let's make a zine! Feministische und queere Zines
Ein Workshop mit Elke Zobl (Wissenschaft & Kunst) und Stefanie Grünangerl (Generali Foundation Studienzentrum am Museum der Moderne Salzburg)
In Erinnerung an Teresa Lugstein, ehem. make it-Mädchenbeauftragte des Landes Salzburg

Im Workshop sehen wir uns diese Welt selbst produzierter, queerfeministischer Magazine und Zines genauer an und diskutieren anhand von Beispielen ihre Inhalte, Ziele und auch ihre Vielfalt sowie die Möglichkeiten der Vermittlung. Anschließend gestalten wir gemeinsam ein eigenes Zine. So erproben wir wie wir in Zines-Themen, die uns interessieren, kritisch zur Sprache bringen und mit anderen diskutieren können.

Die Sammlung Elke Zobl umfasst über 2.000 internationale queer-feministische Zines anhand derer sich inhaltliche Debatten queer-feministischer Bewegungen nachvollziehen. Es geht um Theorie und Aktivismus, aber auch um persönliche Geschichten. Die Sammlung wird von einer Auswahl an Literatur zu Zines, zur Riot-Grrrl-Bewegung und zu feministischer Medienproduktion begleitet.
Nach einer Einführung in den Bestand wird es ausreichend Gelegenheit geben, Exemplare aus dem Archiv zu sichten und sich darüber mit Vertreter*innen von frida – Verein zur Förderung und Vernetzung frauenspezifischer Informations- und Dokumentationseinrichtungen in Österreich auszutauschen.

Herzliche Einladung an alle!
Machtlos bei Machtmissbrauch und sexualisierter Gewalt? Präventive und situative Möglichkeiten (er)kennen und Handlungsoptionen ausloten.

Sara Hassan zeigt durch das „Red Flags System“ auf, wie komplex Machtmissbrauch ist und wie differenziert er erlebt wird. Sie beleuchtet vier Dimensionen: Wie reagieren Betroffene auf die Situation? Wie verhält sich das Umfeld? Wie verhalten sich Täter*innen selbst? In welcher Struktur findet der Machtmissbrauch statt – ist sie stark hierarchisch oder werden Hierarchien verschleiert?

Kommen Sie vorbei! Es gibt Möglichkeiten, Machtmissbrauch frühzeitig zu erkennen und auch präventiv dagegen vorzugehen.

Die Marie Andeßner Preise und Stipendien sind Teil eines vielfältigen Förderprogramms für Frauen an der Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg (PLUS).
