Sentir - Feel (versão portuguesa abaixo)
This seminar joins together the 4 Hearts Method and practical exercises to improve your ability to feel. It is a celebration of live through dance, laugh and music, and a trip to yourself through conscious breathing, role play and expression activities.
It will take place at the beautiful Quinta da Enxara (www.enxara.com), in Portugal. Enxara is connected to permaculture, offers healthy organic macrobiotic food, is in the middle of nature with plenty of amenities: organic swimming pool, sauna, shared kitchen and many others.

Este seminário junta o Método 4 Hearts com exercícios práticos para aprofundar a tua capacidade de sentir. É uma celebração de vida através do riso, dança e música, e uma viagem a ti através de respiração consciente, encenação actividades de expressão.

Today a lot of cosmic particles entered hearth. They came to lighten the energy, to make the veil a little more thin allowing us to be more aware of who we really are. They came to our will of a new hearth, a new life, of awakening and remembering.
What are these particles? They are love, light.
