DIVE into an OCEAN full of plastics 🙈.
And afterall we still haven't learnt our lesson. Plastics are still being used globally, and still continue to find there way into the Big Blue. In this case, the plastic industry's reckless behaviour. Plastic nurdles! 🫣

Take a look at this episode of "Universum" showing the Red Sea and all its beautiful marine life. Until this day, still my favourite sea to swim and dive in. Its like being on another planet. Indeed, an evolutionary magic garden. 🥰
Come along and let's DIVE into the OCEAN.

DIVE into the OCEAN with the octopus 🐙
New research on our beloved octopuses or octopi reveals that not only are they incredibly intelligent, but they also show preferences for using specific arms for particular tasks, whether it’s hunting, feeding, or moving around.
This discovery is a big deal for medical robotics. Why? Because it could revolutionise procedures like endoscopic surgery, making them less invasive and less damaging to tissue. By studying how octopuses move, how they squeeze into tiny crevices with no bones, and adapt their shape so fluidly, we can design robots that are softer, more flexible, and better suited for navigating the human body with minimal disruption.
Pretty cool, right? 😍
