One of our favourite exercises. Challenging, although perhaps one of the most rewarding when mastered.
Learning new movements & positions whilst stationary or at slow speeds, allows students to focus on perfect skill ex*****on and build internal feedback crucial for deep learning.

last week during a powder adventure.
After practicing our turns on easy terrain to get a feeling for the fresh snow, we headed off-piste, through the forest, down a little path and popped out into an untouched powder glade….. “It was my first time skiing in the off-piste and it was amazing experience…. as long as I remembered to keep my feet close together & bounce!! 😀”.

Avalanche rescue training with the e3 Team.
Did you know the survival rate of a skier buried by an avalanche is 90% if rescued within 18 minutes or less (Source: Snowsport Tirol, 2016).
Practice your skills regularly, stay safe and always consult an expert.
