Hi everyone!

I have another practice for you, this time an extremely short one, which I literally do when I have almost no time but still want to move and open my body. It may seem small and short, but believe me, it's much better than doing nothing. You can feel thousand percent (my phrase😆) a huge difference in your body and mood after just 5 minutes. But I am not here to convince you, so try it yourself and see if it makes some difference for you.

I often do this practice that I've posted myself, or some modifications of it. So if anyone would like modified versions as well, just let me know and I will create them.😇.
