Which means that all of us, as leaders or aspiring leaders, face questions of our own: Are we confident enough to stay humble? Are we strong enough to admit we don’t have all the answers? Here’s hoping we reach the right answers.

Lots of executives think they can’t be humble and ambitious at the same time.

Building Trust is one of, if not, THE most important role of any Leader. I consider that trust is a creative process, a commitment to act accordingly to the possibility of authentic relationship with self, others and circumstances, the purpose. Only in this case your team members will start to authentically express themselves, they will feel safe enough to step out of their comfort zone, knowing that you are holding their back...
