What an incredible week for our NaviTechers at the MATE ROV World Championship! 🌊🤖

While the competition has come to an end, the experience and skills they've gained will last far beyond this week. We are so proud of how they represented Pacific Horizons School and American Samoa with perseverance and heart.

A huge thank you to our mentors, chaperones, families, and supporters who made this opportunity possible. Special thanks to Tutuila & Ben Sauvao, Meredith Acly, and Mr. Jen Montalbo for capturing and sharing so many great moments throughout the week. 💙👏

Another big day for our NaviTechers! 🌊🤖

They have completed their Engineering Presentation, Flume Tank Mission, and Float Mission—officially wrapping up all of their MATE ROV competition deliverables! We’re so proud of all their hard work and dedication.

They’ve got one more day of competition before heading home. 💙

Our NaviTechers have arrived and been hard at work in Newfoundland! 🌎⚓

The team reassembled their ROV after shipping, continued preparing their engineering presentation, explored the competition facility, and toured the Marine Institute.

Next up is their safety check tomorrow morning, followed by more presentation practice as they gear up for competition on Thursday. We’re proud of their dedication and can’t wait to see them represent American Samoa on the world stage! 💙🤖
