Life happens — and when it does, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is here to support you.

Under FMLA, eligible employees can take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year for:

✅ The birth or adoption of a child
✅ Caring for a spouse, child, or parent with a serious health condition
✅ Your own serious health condition
✅ Certain circumstances related to a family member’s military service

💼 Your health benefits continue during this time, and you have the right to return to your same or equivalent job after your leave ends.

📌 Not sure if you’re eligible?
To qualify, you must:
• Work for a covered employer
• Have worked 1,250+ hours in the past 12 months
• Have been employed with agency/department for at least 12 months

Are you an incoming high school student ready to explore cutting-edge tech? Join us for an exciting in-person Drone Camp — your introduction to drone safety, technology, and real-world applications!

This hands-on camp covers:
✅ FAA regulations for small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS)
✅ Safe flying practices
✅ Real-world uses of drones in industries like film, construction, agriculture & more!

🎓 When you complete the camp, you’ll receive:

❤️ To all my teacher friends… We’re deep into the school year now, and I just want to remind you how appreciated you are! 💕 I know it may not always feel that way, but as I’ve said before, we trust our most precious possessions to you! You LOVE them, teach them, and support them daily—no matter your own struggles and needs. 🥰 Before we go any further, be sure to hit that follow button! I remember when I was teaching, people would say, “Those who can, do. Those who can’t, teach.” And let me tell you—that used to infuriate me! 🤬 Even my own son didn’t think I was a “real teacher” because he only knew me as a Diagnostician. But I always told him, “Once a teacher, always a teacher!” 🙋🏻‍♀️ Educators don’t get the respect they deserve. 😳 In other countries, teachers are some of the most respected individuals, and I wish that were the case here. 😍 Teaching has only gotten harder over the years, and I see how much stress so many of you are under right now. The grading, the lesson plans, the students who didn’t turn in work when they were supposed to—it all adds up.😰 So let me just say this loud and clear: You are appreciated. You are valued. And what you do matters.
