🗣 🇦🇷
👋 Hola! Cómo andan?
En este video enseño la expresión “echar leña al fuego” 🪵 🔥
Que significa agravar o empeorar una situación.
Ustedes pueden pensar en ejemplos?
Hi everyone! How’s it going? (first translated post haha) 😉
In this video I teach the expression “echar leña al fuego “.
Which basically means to say or do something that makes a bad situation worse than it already is.
Can you think of any examples?

🇺🇸 🗣 👋
Hi everyone!
How’s it going?
In this video I teach the phrase “a win-win” situation
Another example can be:
“now I’m exchanging language lessons for snowboard 🏂 classes to improve my technique and become an instructor 😉, both teachers exchange knowledge and it’s a win-win situation“ 🙌
Can you think of any other examples?

🇦🇷 Buenas! 👋
Como andan?
En este video explico la expresión: “estar al pie del cañón”. Otro video del verano!
Pero les paso un ejemplo de invierno:
❄️ “Ahora que va a nevar hay que estar AL PIE DEL CAÑÓN y poder salir a la montaña con todo el equipo correspondiente!”
Cuándo usan ustedes esta expresión?

🇺🇸 Hi everyone! 👋

When do you feel that you have too much on your plate?

🇦🇷 Buenas! Cómo andan? 👋

Espero que lo disfruten!
Qué ejemplos pueden pensar con esta frase?
Qué les pareció el ejemplo de la médica en la guardia?

Hi Everyone! 👋
How’s it going?
In this video I teach the expression “the straw that broke the camel’s back”🐫
This is a saying which is used to say that someone can’t do any more. That they are at their limit and any little incremental amount would be just too much.
Do you like the example from the video? What other examples can you think about?

Hi everyone! 👋
Long time no see! Haha 🙃 sorry about that! I’ve been tooooo busy! I hope to get back to posting weekly!
So! In this video I explain the phrase
“Don’t bite off more than you can chew”
basically to express caution ⚠️ and tell other people to “go slowly” or “one step at a time”.
For example: the other day a ski instructor told me one should never bite more that one can chew when going down the mountain! (You have to make sure you can go down that hill before trying it!)

to RAKE IT IN
Who is RAKING IT IN during the pandemic?
Hi Everyone!👋
How’s it going?
In this video I teach the expression to RAKE IT IN which means to make a great amount of money.
I give the example of communication companies, such as Zoom, raking it in during the pandemic.

Hi everyone!
How’s it going?
This is a video from October, but I still thought it was worth sharing!
The expression I teach here is the very famous phrase: “don’t count your chickens 🐓 (before they hatch 🐣)”

You should not depend on something to happen in the future until you know for sure that it will happen:
“Don’t count your chickens! you don't know yet if she will accept your offer.”

Hi everyone!
How’s it going?
This is a video where I recommend the rock-climbing classes
Julian Fehrmann ( +54 9 2901 61-9856) is teaching.
He’s just a great guy and, as I said in the video, you’ll have an awesome time with him.
In the video I use the expression: “don’t miss out on this opportunity”
What does this expression “miss out on something” mean?

Hi everyone!
How’s it going?
In this video I teach the expression HOLD YOUR HORSES 🐴 which is very similar to saying: “slow down”, “relax” or “take it easy”
For example: “Hold your horses Julz! You’re getting too excited!” Is what you would have said if you had seen me in a party before the quarantine 😉 🎉
