Your foot posture affects the mechanics of your ankle, knee and hip.

Try this 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁!! A child’s posture provides information regarding their physical health as well as their emotional and mental state of mind. Proprioception plays an important role in the organisation of brain. Poor posture may be indicative of future problems such as back pain and can lead to injury. As a parent, you may learn that your child’s posture is one of the reasons why they are not as energetic as you expect them to be. One easy way to work on proprioception is to play with balloons for gross motor development. This will help with hand-eye coordination. Another way is to perform a tasks that require crossing the midline. Remember to make this activities and super fun!! #kids #mom #fitness

Due to its location, (start and end points) the psoas is in a critical ‘transition zone’ between the spine, pelvis and leg. This said the dysfunction of the psoas is often a symptom of something else...

1️⃣ If the foot does not load properly it can affects the mechanics of the knee hip and pelvis.

2️⃣ Eye movements affect foot posture and foot posture affects the spine. It's a vicious cycle.

3️⃣ The position of the lower jaw can push your body weight forward, which affects your center of mass and hip posture.

4️⃣ Any dysfunction with the kidneys can also affect the psoas due to where it attaches in the lumbar spine.

5️⃣ Posture affects breathing mechanics, and breathing affects your posture.
