Let's have fun by practising this tongue twister.

A simple and quick scone recipe that has a great sweet finish - the crunchy sugar top adds texture too

Ingredients
- 85g diced butter
- 350g self-raising flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 200ml milk, warmed to room temperature, plus a splash extra
crushed sugar cubes, to decorate

Method
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Whizz butter into flour. Tip into a bowl and stir in salt with bicarbonate of soda and sugar. Using a cutlery knife, quickly stir in milk – don’t over-mix.

Tip out onto a lightly floured surface and turn over a couple of times to very gently bring together with your hands. Gently pat to about 1in thick, then stamp out rounds with a floured cutter. Pat together trimmings to stamp out more. Brush the tops with a splash more milk, then scatter with crushed sugar cubes. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-12 mins until risen and golden.

Today we are going to tell you a little about Bournemouth. It is a popular tourist destination because of its location, on the coast of England and by its warm climate and great beach. The coast is what attracts tourists, and students.
It has around 180,000 inhabitants, and it is located in the county of Dorset. It is very well connected to the rest of cities, despite its location in the south of the island. It is located very close to Stonhenge, an hour by train, and two hours by train to London. The public transport is quite accessible, but as it is a small city, many of its inhabitants decide to use bicycles as a means to get around the city.
It is a city with great appeal for younger students because it has a wide variety of typical English pubs, bars with live music and schools. Our institution has an agreement with Cavendish School of English. A highly recommended school for those who wish to learn the language, and at the same time experience or live the English culture.

Hoy le vamos a contar un poco sobre Bournemouth. Es un conocido destino turístico debido a su localización, en la costa de Inglaterra y por su clima cálido y gran playa. Su costa es lo que más atrae a los turistas, y cada vez a más estudiantes.
Tiene alrededor de 180.000 habitantes, y se encuentra en el condado de Dorset. Es una ciudad que está muy bien comunicada con el resto de ciudades, a pesar de su localización en el sur de la isla. Se encuentra muy cerca del Stonhenge, cerca de una hora en tren, incluso de la capital, Londres, a dos horas en tren. El transporte público es bastante accesible, pero al ser una ciudad pequeña, muchos de sus habitantes deciden utilizar la bicicleta como medio para moverse por la ciudad.
Es una ciudad con gran atractivo para los estudiantes más jóvenes ya que dispone de una gran variedad de los típicos pubs ingleses, bares con música en directo y colegios.
